Their leadership and vision will play a crucial role in advancing our mission.
Dr. Ishmael Nii A. Dodoo (Dr. Ish) – Vice President for Development
Dr. Ish is a highly accomplished African Diplomat, Governance, and Development Expert with over 25 years of experience across 36 countries. His work has influenced international diplomacy, governance, and economic development through strategic advisory roles with the United Nations, African governments, and global development organizations.
As Executive Vice President of CO2 Capital Africa Project, he is at the forefront of blockchain-driven carbon markets, leading efforts to mobilize $1 billion in development financing to support Africa’s transition to green growth. His passion for youth empowerment, ethical governance, and transformational leadership makes him a valuable asset to our team.
Lysa Berwa – Operations Assistant
Lysa joins us with a strong background in Conservation Agriculture and food processing, having earned her degree from the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA). She is dedicated to policymaking, development initiatives, and food security, with a particular focus on combating malnutrition through sustainable agricultural practices.
As a participant in the GanzAfrica Fellowship Program, she actively promoted innovative approaches to sustainable agriculture and climate change adaptation, engaging the next generation in redefining the industry. Her expertise and enthusiasm will enhance our operational efficiency and impact.
